The District No. 9, IAM & AW Welfare Trust will sponsor its annual Health & Wellness Fair on October 14, 2023 from 8am until 1pm. Once again we will offer FREE Flu Vaccinations. (minimum age 4). Any covered member and their covered spouse who receive a Flu Vaccine at this event will be eligible to receive a $50 prepaid gift card. Register here!
Our theme this year is WELCOME TO YOUR ROAD TO WELLNESS! Come meet the plan vendors and get to know your benefits. Vendors include Meritain Health, VSP, Delta Dental and we will introduce you to our newest vendors Sword Health and Aetna Resources for Living’s Member Assistance Program (MAP)!
